About This Class
Black Rabbit Fabric UFO Mini Retreat is a focused, feel-good weekend designed to help you finally finish those projects that have been waiting for “someday.” Bring your unfinished objects, settle into dedicated making time, and enjoy the energy of creating alongside fellow makers who are doing the same. This 3-day mini retreat offers space, structure, and encouragement — plus great food and coffee — so you can make real progress and celebrate completed projects together.
Your registration includes access to the retreat, takeout dinner from JJ Joy Cuisine on Friday, midday coffee and snacks from one14 Coffee on Friday and Saturday, and pizza and flight at Tin Whistle Brewery for dinner on Saturday. Materials and supplies will be available for purchase in-store if you need anything along the way.

Class Policies
- Classes have limited spaces and often fill quickly. Payment is required to reserve your spot.
- Payment methods accepted: cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer.
- Classes are first come, first serve.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to be fully set up and ready to start on time. Late arrivals can be disruptive.
- Missed classes are the responsibility of the participant. No make-up classes are offered.
- Please notify the store by phone or email if you will be absent.
- Cell phones must be on vibrate or turned off during class.
- We are a scent-free store. Please avoid perfume or heavily scented products.
Cancellations
- A minimum of 10 days’ notice is required to receive a store credit.
- No refunds will be issued after that time; however, you may send a friend in your place.
- Classes require a minimum number of students to run. If a class is cancelled due to low enrolment, a full refund will be provided.
