Class Policies

• Classes have limited spaces and often fill quickly. Payment is required to reserve your spot.
• Payment methods accepted: cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer.
• Classes are first come, first serve.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to be fully set up and ready to start on time. Late arrivals can be disruptive.
• Missed classes are the responsibility of the participant. No make-up classes are offered.
• Please notify the store by phone or email if you will be absent.
• Cell phones must be on vibrate or turned off during class.
• We are a scent-free store. Please avoid perfume or heavily scented products.

Cancellations

• A minimum of 10 days’ notice is required to receive a store credit.
• No refunds will be issued after that time; however, you may send a friend in your place.
• Classes require a minimum number of students to run. If a class is cancelled due to low enrolment, a full refund will be provided.
